Halle Berry dazzled onlookers the other night by wearing a Kai Milla gown to the 40th Annual NAACP Image Awards. Berry chose a black and teal sequin gown that seems as if it was designed purely for her. Sequin clothing can be overpowering but as always, Berry managed to look simple and elegant.
